Kangen...

Halo Dunia...

Udah tiga hari ini cuaca disini jelek banget, padahal hari Rabu kemaren cuacanya bagus banget...it was a perfect day...

...sekarang...hmmm...asli jelek banget cuacanya, ujan dari pagi, angin...anyway, tadi maen ke blognya siwoer, ada postingan tentang Jogja dan Bandung...tiba2 aja kok langsung kangen sama Jogja ya...kangen rumah, keluarga, jalan solo, jalan kaliurang, malioboro, soto, temen, semuanya...hwaaaa....what a perfect night to feel a homesick...padahal udah beberapa minggu ini aku udah betah tinggal disini, trus aku juga ada rencana mau nanya supervisorku apa mungkin thesisku bisa diterusin buat PhD project, supaya aku bisa ikutan apply program S3 disini...

Examination is coming...!!!

Despite to think about my thesis, i have to think about the examinations...i will have examinations on April 7 and 8...and in total, i have to read more than 15 chapters...

I guess it's time to start to read the chapters...hehehehe...

My research questions...

How to diagnose the process within the service organization?

And the subquestions are:
What considerations should be taken to diagnose the service process?
What step should be done to diagnose the service process?
What tools can be used to analyze the performance dimensions?

I hope Mr. Land will approve these questions...or at least will give me some inputs...hehehehe...

PhD Vacancies

There are 3 PhD vacancies in faculteit bedrijfskunde...hmm...maybe i should apply for the position...4 more years in Groningen...i can live with it...
